On Friday, September 27, 2025, 11 students were arrested in Mangaluru on drug possession charges. They are all reported to be BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) students from the state of Kerala. 😔
According to the police announcement, they are accused of attempting to sell hashish for commercial purposes. All the accused are reportedly staying in the city for university research.
Scale of Seized Items
During this operation, the police recovered a staggering 12.26kg of marijuana. 😱 This marijuana was identified as being brought in from Odisha and was packed in a total of 7 parcels. The sheer quantity was astonishing.
