Shocking Incident at the Train Station
The incident took place around 5:15 PM last Wednesday at Doonside train station in West Sydney. The 15-year-old victim sustained serious injuries, being stabbed in the chest and abdomen. Fortunately, after receiving emergency treatment at the scene, he was transported to Westmead Children's Hospital and is reported to be in a stable condition, with no life-threatening injuries. However, it is deeply regrettable that such a horrific event has happened at such a young age.
Swift Police Investigation
Police responded promptly to the scene immediately after the incident, securing the weapon. Additionally, two 16-year-old boys and one 15-year-old boy were apprehended in the vicinity of the crime scene at Nurragingy Reserve. Following further investigation, another 16-year-old boy was arrested at his home around 10 AM the following day, Thursday. In total, four teenagers have been implicated in this incident.
