Looking at specific figures, in a multiple-choice quiz format experiment, ChatGPT's answer accuracy for polite questions was 80.8%. In contrast, when the same questions were phrased very rudely, the accuracy improved to 84.8%. A difference of 4 percentage points is quite significant!
