Today, I bring you truly exhilarating news. Mallorca's courageous sailor, Aina Bauza, has begun a grand challenge towards her dream. It's the exciting sailing season named 'Transat Café l'Or'! ⛵️

A Journey Beginning with Rough Waves

The 'Transat Café l'Or' is one of the most anticipated events in the ocean sailing season. Last Sunday, around 3 PM, Class40 yachts raised their anchors and set sail towards the Atlantic. This was after the Ultim and Imoca class boats had already departed.

The start was not smooth. The Class40 yachts, including the one Aina Bauza is on, had to contend with very rough and unfavorable weather and constantly changing strong winds, as expected. It's truly nerve-wracking just to imagine! 💨

Aina Bauza is on board the 'Engie–Dessine-moi la High Tech' with French sailor Axelle Pillain. At the starting line, the two, along with most of the other yachts, sailed together, beginning their epic journey across the Atlantic. Thousands of people are watching and cheering for this journey, which will continue for the next few weeks, through social media and the event square in the town of Le Havre.

Anticipated Challenges and Hopes

With more complex weather forecasts expected in the coming days, it appears to be a challenging voyage for Aina and Axelle. However, we are already looking forward to seeing how wonderfully these two female sailors will perform amidst such difficulties. 💪
