We can't forget the choux pastry that complements the sweet cream perfectly! First, bring 125ml of water and 50g of butter to a boil. Once the butter melts and the mixture begins to bubble, add 70g of strong flour, ½ teaspoon of sugar, and ¼ teaspoon of salt, and mix well.
After removing from heat and letting it cool slightly, add 2 eggs and mix until you have a smooth batter. Pipe this batter into round shapes with a diameter of 10cm and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C to achieve crispy yet soft choux pastry.
